Testing/Assessment
Is ADHD Assessment Right for You?
Ongoing difficulties with focus, organization, or follow-through
A history of feeling capable but underperforming in school or work
Seeking diagnostic clarity, self-understanding, or formal accommodations
ADHD and Executive Function Testing
An ADHD evaluation is a comprehensive, strengths-based assessment designed to clarify how attention, executive functioning, and emotional regulation operate in your daily life. The process integrates multiple sources of information to provide a nuanced understanding of your cognitive profile—highlighting both areas of challenge and areas of strength—and to determine whether a diagnosis of ADHD is clinically appropriate.
Following completion of the evaluation, we will meet for a one-hour feedback session to review results in detail and discuss their practical implications. You will receive a comprehensive written report that includes diagnostic conclusions, individualized recommendations, and documentation that may be shared with your treatment providers, school, or workplace to support accommodations or next steps in care.
Investment: $3,500–$5,000
This fee reflects a thorough, clinically rigorous evaluation and includes testing, scoring, record review, report writing, and the feedback session.
Next step: If you are seeking clarity, validation, or documentation to better understand your attention and executive functioning—and how to move forward—please contact me to inquire about availability and scheduling.
Educational Consultation
In addition to offering assessments, I also offer educational consultation services. This includes reviewing past testing, working with parents, students and school staff to request accommodations under a NYS 504 Plan, and advocating for services and interventions when appropriate. Fees for this service are hourly and can be tailored to fit your (your child’s) needs.
